We (naamellaam) have a very short life to do our deeds (alpakarmikal), compared to celestial beings. So our deeds gets accumulated in the short period(alpakaalam), from the time we come out of the womb (kondororo janthukaal garbhapaathratthil pukkum purappettum) and taking birth and play (karmam kondu kalikkunnathingane) this deed bound game.

Jeevan stays in Naraka or hell ( narkatthil kitakkunna jeevan) until the consequences of the multitude of sins gets over (durithangal otungi) and then slowly the mind attains maturity (kramatthaale manassinte paripaakavaum vannu) jeevan moves (poy) to take birth as human being (narajaathiyil vannu). After taking birth as humans (pirannittu), those who do sukrutham or good deeds in excess goes all the way up ( sukrutham cheythu melpottu poyavar) to the true world (sathylokattholam) and remains there happy and peaceful (sukhiccheetunnu), never to return and take birth again. Those who engage themselves in good deeds (satkarmaas) go to heaven and remain there (at least for sometime) enjoying the heavenly comforts.

Once the results of the good karmaas gets over (sukruthangalokke otungumbol), souls remaining in heaven (parichotangirunnittu) are reborn on earth (bhhomiyil jaatharrayi). When their previous good and bad experiences do not impart any maturity and knowledge (paripaakavum ellolam illa- maturity not even to the size of a little sesame seed), they end up committing more and more sins (bad karmaas - duritham cheythu). On death (chatthavar) they suffer the consequences of their various negative and sinful deeds in different ways or end up in different types of hells.
